Multiple levels of insurance coverage are offered based of what you need which is nice. Vacation policy could be a little more competitive with the industry.
No 401k or time off until your first year was completed.
PTO is hard to acquire. After one year of service, the plan is on par with the rest of the industry. PTO plan could definitely improve though.
What benefits package?! The offerings are minimal and are clearly chosen with bottom line, not employee well being in mind.
I am satisfied with the benefit packages offered. In years past, the benefits packages left much to be desired, but they've addressed this and restructured to provide benefits that are competitive with insurance companies and other law firms.
