Company perks- 20 percent off. Twice a year employees get 30% off and the option to have it as a payroll deduction spread out over 2 paychecks. They offer life insurance for you and spouse. They offer disability insurance up to 60-70 of your base pay. Worst- they offered group insurance and flexible spending but dropped them two years ago.

As an hourly sales associate there is no commission on sales. There are no bonuses of any kind throughout the year. There is no health insurance available but that is to be expected.

Kitchen collection dropped their health benefits for everyone as of 02/2014. They give one personal day. No sick days. Six paid holidays and their vacation package is a week after a full years service, etc.

field employees get no medical benefits, yearly bonuses are based partly on things you have no control over. last I knew they did stil have profit sharing.
