“ Standard for the country (Sweden)”
“Six weeks of annual paid leave with options to transfer vacation days from previous years to the next years,”
“The health insurance is great! You get to choose between an FSA or HSA.”
Incredible benefits, especially for maternity and paternity leave.
Great benefits at this company
There are a wide range of benefits, the best of which include the flexibility and PTO. Up to 7 weeks of PTO plus yearly rollover option for unused PTO. Additionally the Parental leave is the longest I have seen in a company before.
Great benefits! Wonderful Health, Dental and Vision insurance. Lots of PTO and wonderful work environment.
This company keeps changing the interview date, is this a red flag? I’m interviewing at a Tech company, and the comp is 6 figures, bonus + equity, unlimited pto and all that good stuff. I made it to the final “presentation/case-study” round of interviews. It was supposed to be this morning, but i got an email stating that its been moved to this Friday. Ok no problem. Got another email a couple minutes ago saying its been moved again to next Thursday. Very frustrating, is this a red flag?
What was the process you went through when leaving your organization? Leaving a fin firm for consulting and this will be my first career switch. Should I talk to my manager first? HR rep first? 401k discussion? Reminding vacation days? Any discussion on this topic would be much appreciated. Also Already signed my new offer too
I am currently on the automation team at JPM and got low-balled and have only been here for two months and not passionate about my job. I just got an offer at GS as a Product Manager with a 30% increase in TC. How do I break this to my manager? Should I bring up the 3 month "at-will" employee paragraph from my contract? What's the best way to do this, my team is understaffed and my manager is going on maternity leave in 4 months. Should I decline GS because I'll be burning a bridge with JPM?
Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! I recently interviewed with a large bank and the recruiter gave me a call 2 days ago to confirm my salary to put into the offer and asked who I will be bringing with me to relocate (so they can estimate my relocation expense I think). It sounded like an offer, but I don't trust anything unless it's in writing via email/mail. How long should I wait to ask for an update on the job? This is making me super anxious. Thanks for any help.
Substantial and available for all
5 months maternity and paternity. Great PTO and they always try to do what is best for their employees.
Generous parental leave and PTO
Covers medical, dental, vision. Non-oral contraceptive birth control is not covered and is out of pocket, but maternal and paternal care packages are available. Company has a $20 deductible for therapy sessions, and this includes teletherapy.
the health insurance is comprehensive and includes dental and vision. You have the option for an HSA or an FSA so you can choose based on your own personal health needs.
Great PTO and parental leave policy. Really good insurance at a good price too employees
