Industry standard benefits but very good work/life balance and important emphasis on health and safety
401k match is only 3 or 4%. They don't do employee stock options anymore. You can buy up to 5 shares per year, but they don't give you a break on the price. Health insurance is way too expensive for how high the deductible is. They contribute to a health savings account for you to help offset the deductible, but for how much you have to pay each month, it doesn't really offset the cost much at all. They give you a decent amount of vacation time, but I ended up have to use up most of it throughout the year when it got slow instead of on actual vacation.
Comparable benefits to other firms. 401k with employer match, health, dental, paid time off accrued from the start of work.
Medical Insurance coverage is reasonable. Employee benefit cost is also reasonable. Vacation (PTO) accrual rate is fair but could be better. 401k company match is average or less than competitors
