They make you take all these health quizzes for the health care. The car and the phone have limited useage and they constantly track you and complain about you even if you never use either.
You will hear one thing from management but that is not what you actually receive.

There are not very many benefits. I was advised by a fellow employee to avoid their insurance.
Perks include rewards for being healthy, virtually unlimited sandpaper supplies (lol), and the safety show allowance.
Company still pays insurance. Many "larger" companies now days do not pay for insurance. KLINGSPOR still does.
Company car that you pay for the use of it, while the AVL tracks the cars every move, even during off hours. Pay is below industry standard, commission is not worth the effort.
gas and maintenance card is pretty good to have
