    Used to have 10% discount on non-sale items, changed to rewards program points back. So much of a pain to resolve issues with not getting points have completely stopped shopping at kmart

    Employee discount was the best part of working for Kmart. 10% off everything in kmart, sears, and lands end. 20% off Kmart apparel. When used on clearance, you could easily get clothes for less than a dollar.
