StarStarStarStarStar Former Retail Sales Associate in Clifton, New Jersey

As the days go on you do continue to learn more. I didn't get a lot of training but the concept was so simple I catched on immediately. Coworkers definitely helped whenever they can.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Loss Prevention Associate in Elmwood Park, New Jersey

Job training was great, the manager there is the best.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Hardlines Merchandiser in Kingman, Arizona

The training process was very easy to understand and I was able to work very efficiently the first day of a job I never had prior.

Associates train you instead of the managers.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Backroom Lead in Niagara Falls, New York State

Very little training, most things I learned by myself or from another employee who wasn't in charge of any training

  • Aug 23, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant Store Manager Softlines in Minot, North Dakota

It really depends on who you District General Manager is. Their ASM training is okay, SM training a lot better

  • Aug 14, 2017

Nearly all training is computer based.

  • Aug 11, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Annandale, Virginia

Other than onboarding, there really isn't any formal training. Mostly computer based.

  • Aug 10, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Somerset, New Jersey

The training I received was so good because of the co-workers I learned from. Management could care less if I knew what I was doing but my co-workers really helped me and guided me. They made sure I knew what to do.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Atlanta, Georgia

Very little training. The majority is online training, which is tracked by corporate, and on the job. Not much one on one interaction.
