Long training videos and God on spot training you have 2 to 3 days of register training and 2 days of computer training
As the days go on you do continue to learn more. I didn't get a lot of training but the concept was so simple I catched on immediately. Coworkers definitely helped whenever they can.
Job training was great, the manager there is the best.
The training process was very easy to understand and I was able to work very efficiently the first day of a job I never had prior.
Associates train you instead of the managers.
Very little training, most things I learned by myself or from another employee who wasn't in charge of any training
It really depends on who you District General Manager is. Their ASM training is okay, SM training a lot better
Nearly all training is computer based.
Other than onboarding, there really isn't any formal training. Mostly computer based.
The training I received was so good because of the co-workers I learned from. Management could care less if I knew what I was doing but my co-workers really helped me and guided me. They made sure I knew what to do.
