Very little training. The majority is online training, which is tracked by corporate, and on the job. Not much one on one interaction.
Not the greatest. Have more to say, but it wouldn't fit.
Not enough time to train , manager not teaching or training themselves , coworker's are assigned to train wich they are not gettn paid for
Its a pretty easy job to learn
The training left something to be desired. I feel like I did not get enough training for the cashier position that I was working, which was stressful for me and the customers.
The most boring thing ever, just watched videos for a few days
There is a training program that's very general. It's basically an overview of the different systems. The actual job training in the department is very brief. People are overworked and don't have time to fully train others.
Most training seems very common sense and a waste of time. Nearly all training is done on computers and are not very engaging.
The training was not bad at all! It was only 1 week training to be in layaway(or until you got it) and you could call for help whenever you needed it.
Basic computer training. Actually job training was awful. I never even worked with the employee I was supposed to replace.
