There are different health insurance packages to meet your individual needs. The lower cost packages aren't that great as far as co-pays go & prescription plans go. The more expensive plans will give you more. Vacation time goes in line with how many hours you work. EX: If you work 8 hours you may earn 1 hour of vacation time. It used to be that if you worked for X amount of years then you received X weeks of paid vacation time which was great for those of us that have worked at the company for many years. When they switched it over to the hour of work/hours of vacation it ticked off a lot of the employees that have been there a while because we ended up losing our 4 weeks of vacation, and then only getting maybe 2 weeks and a few days, depending on your hours.
