After 90 days you will have access to your employee discount, which you must link to your Shop Your Way Account or it won't be applied. There is also limited job training through videos and Powerpoint presentation that you will very rarely be allotted time to actually access.

    As a part-time associate, I didn't have benefits

There are no benefits except employee discount, especially for part time employees, the best thing for you to do is save your money until you find another job

I worked part time at this job and after the probation period I received health insurance from this company. Great benefits!

Not really any benefits at all. The employee 'discount' is extra store credit. They even send a nonworking discount card. For decoration I assume

Benefits were only offered to full time employees, which were very, VERY few. Everyone working were usually younger (high school and college students), so they were all part time and no benefits. Got an employee discount.....which was just 10%, so basically nothing.

There are no benefits for part-time workers. There was a learning computer program with a bunch of modules you could complete, which was cool. I didn't really get much time to use it, but there was an achievement system and everyone in the store had a rank based off of how much they learned.
