Benefits was ok. Could be better.
Best: After 3 month waiting period to join 401K plan, KPS provides a 3% match. Additionally, there is a second retirement plan benefit that the employee will receive at 100% vested after 2 years of employment. Every benefit except a small percentage of health insurance is 100% paid by KPS so out of pocket cost for standard benefits is very small. This off-sets a lower than industry salary. Worst: Good luck staying with the company more than a year to receive the additional retirement benefit.
Their healthcare is provided through UHC and the plans they offer are very good. They even upgraded my plan after about 6 months, although it wasn't free. Co-pay went from 25 to 15.
The company has good perks and benefits. It is a very neutralized workplace.
