Great benefits, come with great health insurance, 401k etc.
Great benefits that are really beneficial.
I love that Knighted provides a free medical plan and that there is 401k matching!
Paid sick hours, free health insurance and 401k.
Health insurance is under Florida Blue. Dental and Vision are under Cigna. There's also Life, AD&D, disability, accident insurances. 401K under John Hancock. They have an employee assistance program through Cigna that offers various things like therapy, elderly/child care, and legal or financial issues, though I've never actually used them. Commuter benefits are useless unless you live in a city with good public transportation. Vacation time is pretty easy to schedule as long as you arrange it in advance. If you want, you can use your accrued PTO to cover basically any sort of dip in hours worked up to 40 per week. However, they recently had a policy change that if you call out, the payroll person is required to use your PTO towards that day of missed work. Professional development is not offered at the bottom level of the company. The casino gambling industry is an F- environment for that. The hourly pay is good for how easy and low-stress the job is, so most people just become complacent in their cushy job. People who want professional development but lack marketable skills will have difficulty finding a different job that pays as much as Knighted does. Highly skilled people usually stay if they're burned out from their former career and want to coast until retirement, otherwise they tend to get bored and leave.
Great health insurance, low cost, 401k plan available
Health, dental and vision were very affordable. They have a free option for healthcare for a single person (more out of pocket expenses). Started to accrue PTO after 1 year. Yearly $1 raises (if you do what you are supposed to do). 401k option.
Health insurance is free if you're single.
Free health care, free life insurance. Dental and vision are optional. 401k available. Paid sick leave and Paid time off
The insurance is good, you have a range of options for medical with one free option, covered with Anthem Blue Cross. There is also dental and vision offered that is very affordable ($3-10 per paycheck). You can also get a range of other benefits such as life insurance, critical illness, and more. There is a 401K offered but the matching isn't great, they only match 10% of what you contribute. Time off is 2-3 weeks per year based on your tenure but you do not accrue PTO until you have worked for the company for 1 year which is not ideal.
