    The vacation time is 10 days. You also get personal days in addition to that. So, you can utilize them together to make a big vacation in the Caribbean.

    Well below industry standards. Only gives 2 weeks of PTO and 5 sick days. You must be employed for 3 months before you are allowed to take any time off.

    2 weeks for the first few years. 6 sick/personal days 6 company holidays 4 floating holidays. I would have liked to see one more week of vacation.

    If you are truly a senior consultant with deep experience, from what I know, the number of vacation days is negotiable. Also there are a fair amount of sick/personal and float holidays.
