“they have many options to choose from. To some sense its not very different from other companies programs, but its not worse.”
“Decent. At least you don't have to take an HSA”
Cost of health insurance is high, 401k employer contribution is low
unlimited vacation was good, 401k not worth it
Nice health benefits with eye and dental coming as standard parts of the program. 401k match is so so but its something. After 3 years, you get unlimited days off, to some degree.
They don't understand their benefit package for the life insurance causing you to up the amounts
Great health/vision/dental benefits, easy to sign up! 40 hours of paid sick time and 120 hours of paid vacation. Getting a day off on the other hand.....
This company should easily be able to offer better benefits they just choose not to.
The best thing about the benefit package is that they do not force you into a high deductible HSA plan. You can pay a little more and get more reasonable deductibles. Their contribution to the retirement plan is below the norm.
Decent salaries, not much else to offer. Pretty bare-bones.
Cost of health insurance more reasonable. Flexible work schedule options, Pick your Holiday extra day off. It keeps getting better!
Weak 401k. Good Employee Heath.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
