Unsure of the policy but know one exists

Additional company contribution to 401K regardless of employee contribution.

Same as everything else don’t really no what else to say about it

Comparable to other companies of similar size.

I have not experienced one on one yet but I do know everything is so spread out retirees have a hard time knowing who to call and the employees do not have set concrete info so it is a continual guessing game for both employee and retiree.
