the employee discount is awesome i wasn't a full time employee long enough to get any other benefits but heard they were really good.
as a part timer, the only benefits you receive is the associate discount, and some exclusive benefits that are available only for associates.

Company offers good amount of PTO, which increases upon starting 3rd year with the company. Also offers addition PTO to be purchased. Also offers 5% 401K match.
Great Discounts were the best thing about working there. Part time employees used to get benefits such as health care, but no longer can now, which was rough. Also the compensation as far as bonuses was poor even as you gained more time in the company.
If you do not work over 30 hours you aren't going to get any benefits and good luck getting more than 30 hours
