The best part about working are the friends and family discount days. You have around 5 days to use a 55% off coupon ans the bad part is that there are some exclusions such as nike and adidas. Bad part is that you dont get any medical benefits unless you are full time.

I do not know much because I was a part-time employee, I had no benefits. I do know that they offered pet insurance which is rare.

Kohl’s offers a multi-point benefits package that’s competitive in its industry. One highlight is the 401k, which matches dollar for dollar at a higher percentage than most companies.

You can be part time at Kohl's and still have health and dental insurance options. I thought that was great.

You get good discounts on store items for yourself and family, you get health/dental insurance coverage, you get payed days off after a year, and you get to take at least two days off a week. Downfalls are that you have to wait for some benefits to be available, and usually need a long notice in advance for time off and etc.

Very little benefits for part-time employees. The pay is terrible and they even forgot to give me my yearly raise. The raises are under 20 cents and it is not worth it.

Since I was new to the company I didn’t have much benefits at all. The only good thing was I got %15 off merchandise but that was all
