Two weeks to start. Add one week at 5, 10 15 and 25 years.

So far from what I've seen you only get two weeks. Not sure when that goes up to 3 and 4 but I was told it did. You can buy vacation time which is just what it sounds like - give up one weekly paycheck and get 1 week off. What I don't like is that these store executives get a bounce back week of vacation for working more during the holidays - but I did not see them work more during the holidays. Supposed to be 6 days a week I think and I didn't see it. If you're hourly and you work more than 40 hours you get overtime pay and they don't but they do get an extra week off and not doing the work for that is not fair.

There is plenty of vacation time, plus the option to pay yourself for extra vacay time.

A nice perk is that you often have a paid half day before any major holiday weekend.

Great vacation & PTO packages, especially if you've worked there for several years and they offered to allow associates to purchase vacation days.

You get 3 weeks in a lump sum at the beginning of the year which is nice rather than having to accrue.

Great if you're salaried. Not so great if you're hourly.
