Benefits during my time at the company was excellent especially if you took HMO.
Expensive Health Benefits with little-to-no perks elsewhere.
The best thing is the PTO policy
Need to pay a surcharge if covering spouse and they can obtain coverage at their own work.
You're provided with 3 weeks of PTO starting which is great, but if you're not hitting your numbers you never use all of it because you're busy trying to sell. If you're hitting your numbers the vacation time is great. Medical benefits are good not great.
Commission rate seems a little on the low end.
The best thing, is you had a choice of full coverage for your needs.
Full medical w/ dental & eye though deductibles creep up every year. Spousal surcharge if eligible for insurance through their own employer. HSA & FAS available. Wellness Incentive rebate. Sick time can be used as PTO. 401k match 50% of 1st 6%, fully vested after 3 years.
If you are one of the favorite employees, you can come and go as you please, that's a good benefit.
Health Insurance sucks. They put the onus on you to complete several tedious tasks, and arbitrary forms so you can save a little money every quarter. They also cut the most popular healthcare plan at the end of last year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
