You're provided with 3 weeks of PTO starting. If you're hitting your quota and can afford to take PTO it's great.
Vacation & Sick Time combined as total PTO hours. Can be used as desired. Doesn't roll over at end of year..
PTO is limited 5 years and only two weeks vaction
Best thing was going to PTO time this past year. Worst was the loss of holidays and floating holidays with the company merger.
The company now uses PTO which is accrued. So, more time for vacation if you don't need it for sick days.

2 weeks for all time off(PTO/Sick/Occasional) Decent and for the most part flexible in giving time off
Tenure is about 22 years, less if your in the 70K + range so most folks don't get to the 5 weeks

Sick time off is earned but your two weeks+ is available immediately. Very good PTO
