Reasonable benefits and presciption costs
Base Salary is good but compensation on Variable is not clear .
Decent medical plan through Aetna. Medical payments were about middle of the road for employer-sponsored medical plan with a good network of doctors. No 401k plan, no stock purchase program. Vacation used to be three weeks (vacation + sick) for everyone in the US, but has since been extended to four weeks. There are an additional five or so holidays. The company is one quarter offset from calendar year, so the Christmas & New Year holidays are reasonable for booking vacation for the week in between, unless you're in sales, when you'll be expected to close Q3.
Good benefits based on industry standards
Kony had an average plan. Nothing compared to other start-ups that pay 100% of employee costs for benefits.
Best thing is the expanded PTO. Earlier this year it went from 3 weeks to 4 weeks as the standard. There still is flexibility beyond that. Worst thing is the stock options are not widely distributed.
Free dental and cheap eye care.
Good package, except Health insurance isn't the best, specially for the copay costs 401K requires improvements
includes medical benefits, you can contribute to 401k, vacation can be taken by discussing with direct manager for up to 4 weeks, performance is not restricted to using normal distribution / bell curve.
3 weeks vacation no sick days (included in vacation) 401k offered, but no match Health Insurance good
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
