Overall compensation and health benefits are great. Also provides company stocks for all employees after two years of employment. 401K is not matched as of right now, which is something that could be improved.
The best part is having stock options.
Excellent overall health insurance at reasonable cost
Health insurance and paid vacations are the best part of benefits.
Best: Good Insurance companies with good coverage
Base Salary is good but compensation on Variable is not clear .
Decent medical plan through Aetna. Medical payments were about middle of the road for employer-sponsored medical plan with a good network of doctors. No 401k plan, no stock purchase program. Vacation used to be three weeks (vacation + sick) for everyone in the US, but has since been extended to four weeks. There are an additional five or so holidays. The company is one quarter offset from calendar year, so the Christmas & New Year holidays are reasonable for booking vacation for the week in between, unless you're in sales, when you'll be expected to close Q3.
Reasonable benefits and presciption costs
Good benefits based on industry standards
