“depending on plan you choose deductable can be high”
“there is no 401k match”
“let's you go into negative for pto”
Their benefits are ok just depends on your needs
401K sucks, and the health insurance is so high they take out almost 250$ out your check and the copay is still high.
Good 401k option, vacation time is appropriate. If you like giving half your paycheck to the healthcare deductible then this benefits package is for you.
below average benefits package for associates
401 k is great because the company matches it at 100%. But health benefits are way to expensive if you have a family.
Health insurance is a JOKE. The deductible is very high even for the most expensive option. Want to add your spouse or kids? FORGET it! Your check wont cover it. They do match a portion of 401k which is nice. Vacation and sick pay is all under PTO which accumulates at a very low rate.
They have an excellent benefits package!
It's nice that they offer benefits to full time workers, but the plans are awful. They are ridiculously expensive with large deductibles. The worst insurance I have been offered at any company I've worked for. The 401k is auto enrolled for employees and you have to call a number to opt out, which is nice because some companies make it much more difficult to enroll. PTO is offered to full time employees, although it's the standard. They do let you borrow against what you haven't earned yet, up to 40 hours in the negative.
Pto is good, when it gets approved
You get great insurance but it is very pricey. It is up to $600 a month
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
