Good insurance and other benefits
Could be better. The health insurance is not great - certainly not as good as competitors'. 401K is undefined in terms of the firm's contributions. The salaries are generally less than competitors - probably in part due to the firm being public and considerably larger.

All in all, decent benefits, although missing any wellness perks and clear annual bonus targets. Paid Time Off is very generous, but can be challenging to take with balancing heavy workloads. 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, and week between Christmas and New Years. ESPP at 15% discount, every 6 months, with no mandatory hold period. Health/Vision/Dental are decent, but health insurance is pricey and the HSA/deductible plan is encouraged. The PPO is almost $300 a month for employee only. Discretionary 401K match, this year was 20% of employee contribution. Pet insurance is available. Maternity benefit includes 6 months of paid time off. Depending on role and manager and office location, flexibility to work from home.

KF has a strong benefits package and provides many different options to meet all of their employees differing need options. They are also great at answering any questions and providing more detailed information.
Very high expectations to perform but the amazing benefits and way above industry average pay make it worthwhile.
Worst: The payroll deductions for quality PPO health insurance are so ridiculously high (several hundreds of dollars per month) to the point that it almost feels as though the employer does not care about their employee's health/employee health is a very low priority to this company. Best: Decent vacation days offered.
