Health insurance is great for one person, the 401k is 6% match, they give you a credit card to pay for medical expenses and dental is good as well
The best insurance package is a $2,000 deductible. 401k Matches 50% of contributions up to 6%. Dental and vision are cheap and fine.
No ultimate PTO and 2- year vested timeframe
401k match offered, many options for health insurance- some are basically free
Overall a nice benefit package
Pros: 401k matched at 7%, starting 18 PTO days (can roll over up to 5 a year), multiple carrier options, maternity leave at 14 weeks, paternity leave at 4 weeks, $1,000 a year education assistance, paid leave/unpaid leave options. Cons: No discounts or free product. KHC is ZBB. Graduate degree tuition is limited and there is a rigorous application process to be completed to apply for a scholarship. Maternity phase-in program is not paid. KHC requires that you choose between spending more time with your baby and adjusting to getting back to work (at a PT schedule) or be fully paid by coming back 100%. Only those in a solid enough financial position can benefit from this program leaving those that would like to unable to take advantage of this benefit.
The benefits were great. Small copays.
Very comprehensive benefits offering. It contained all the basic benefits.
Benefits are pretty good as far as healthcare, paternity/maternity leave, 401K
4 0 1 / k match
