Great vacation from Kraft prior to merge
The benefits package is good. It offers a variety of choices at a reasonable price for both the individual and those with spouses/children.
Generous PTO, Competitive Salary and bonus structure
The benefit package was very comprehensive and high quality.
Heath insurance market is nice but confusing to start with.

Benifits have declined since takeover by Heinz
The high cost and they reduced the amount they contribute to our Health Savings account. They also took away our pension
The amount of PTO you start with, and are able to earn after employment milestones (every 5years), is some of the highest in the industry. The caveat is that you might not be able to take it all due to the increased workload everyone has.
The benefits package at Kraft Heinz is pretty standard - PTO, 401K, health insurance, dental and vision included, and well-being benefits too. All in all, they meet industry standards.
