No Copay. Must meet annual deductible before Insurers will begin covering 80/20 up to a maximum amount. Depends on your coverage selection how much.

Pretty good benefits. 3 weeks vacation, 12 holidays, affordable healthcare.

Best thing is pricing. You can upgrade but the most you pay is up to $10/wk. HRA card is almost impossible to use due to all the unnecessary paperwork required for each transaction.

One of the best benefits packages I have seen in my professional career. 401k match is 4% with an additional 3% automatic contribution each year, 18 PTO days your first year, incredibly cheap (seriously, cheap) health insurance for both single and family plans, competitive compensation, bonus structure, flex scheduling, paid family leave, commuter benefits, domestic partnership coverage, and much more.

401k needs to improve versus industry standard. Things slightly changed when Kraft was acquired. Overall decent benefits versus industry standard.
