The amount of PTO you start with, and are able to earn after employment milestones (every 5years), is some of the highest in the industry. The caveat is that you might not be able to take it all due to the increased workload everyone has.
The benefits package at Kraft Heinz is pretty standard - PTO, 401K, health insurance, dental and vision included, and well-being benefits too. All in all, they meet industry standards.

While working there the benefits package was really good -- choice of insurance carriers and amount of coverage. After position eliminated, COBRA benefits paid for 6 months with opportunity to pay my own way -- however, COBRA terminated health care coverage due to lost eye care premium of $9. Be careful with COBRA -- send premiums return receipt delivery or you and your family will go without.
