It used to be better. The company no longer matches your contributions nor gives stock sharing bonuses.
If I could afford to do it I would. They match and stuff. But I need every dime to live.
I'm not sure about this benefit as Kroger wages are so low I can't afford to contribute to it I'll retire piss poor with no hope for a stable retirement
