I had better health care coverage. When you had better (better meaning more for less with less out of pocket expenses)
Decent coverage for most things with a small copay that u can adjust to your needs by chosing an alt plan...the vision and dental are available based on the length of time u work and benifits increase to max after 3 years
Doesn’t cover much for price per week
$6k max out of pocket
Great premium cost. Horrific follow-through with payment for employees who belong to the Union and must rely on NEBA to pay claims. Some of us are in collections because NEBA won't pay. The annual deductibles are very very high considering low wages. Very hard to save for when paying the bills.
No copay on preventive care. Dental plan has covered fluoride treatment and fillings with no copay.
I got to wait a whole year for health insurance.....sucks
Do not enroll in the health care plan. Illnesses have to be put in as claims before you can go see the doctor. Just might as well save the $10 dollars every week.
Full time has much better coverage. Part time had okay coverage so you need a back up plan.
Very affordable, always friendly customer service
