not good enough at all could do better.
great needs more options to be fair
There is no paid time off or vacation unless you are a full time employee with the company.
No sick time, 1 week vaca after 1 yr, 2 weeks after 4 years, which I just came up on 12 days ago, and they still haven't posted my vaca time for my 2nd week.
No matching 401k NO stock options you get a small pension through the union, the health insurance is very good Kroger first family second.
It takes too long to earn vacation and paid time off at Kroger.
3 weeks off plus 4 personal days, but very strict on when you can take it. Will get canceled on you last minute
Vacation time takes a long time to accrue to 4 or 5 weeks but if you get there it's great. Some stores will make it hard for you to get all your time off. Other store mgrs are great about it.
Again, they pay minimum wages for 20 hours a week. It's Ok for me
Only 2 personal days then 1 week vacation after year then you don't get a second week until you've been there 5 years.
