After one year you get one week of paid vacation and 2 paid personal days and you gain an extra personal day every year until you reach the maximum of 5. You gain your second week of vacation after 3 years and your third after 8 years.

Get personal days and vacation weeks after a year of being there. Part timers get 4h per personal, full time is 8h and holiday time off and vacation pay is average hours worked the past year

Vacation and PTO is ok, but if you don't use it you lose it. Had to fight tooth and nail to get them to pay me out the 3 weeks of vacation I earned before I left.
