Love the vacation and paid time off.
Vacation and PTO is ok, but if you don't use it you lose it. Had to fight tooth and nail to get them to pay me out the 3 weeks of vacation I earned before I left.
Almost three weeks of paid time off and it increases every year. It is prorated your first year though.
Nothing is bad about it but the good thing is you get paid a certain amount
Earn vacation and personal time after your first year. No sick days
You can get up to four weeks of vacation, but it takes 18 years of service.
Can achieve up to 3-5 week per year depending on year's worked and contract tier
you receive one paid week of vacation after one year and will recv personal days also
after the first year you get a weeks paid vacation. They dont block out holidays so as long as you have a good boss and no one with higher seniority steps on your toes you should have a good chance of getting your time.
Have be employed one year doesn’t rollover has to be taken all at once then they make you feel guilty for taking it
