Vacation pay is based upon the average hours you have accumulated over a given amount of time. You do not obtain three weeks of vacation until you are with the company for five years.

You get vacation time after being there a year I think. But you have to beg to take it and you won't know if you can take it until the Saturday right before so you won't even be about to plan anything.

The best thing about the vacation and paid time off benefit is easy with which to have your request quickly applied.

Everyone needs some time off from work . And to get paid for it would be even better . Everyone should be able to have a vacation once or twice a year .
