The benefits at kroll are pretty good. Health benefits are best. Parental leave is great for parents.

During financially strapped times the 401K contribution matching was put on hold; the company encouraged participation in the medical insurance with a high deductible, and would contribute additional dollars to the HSA account if this plan was selected.
You get 3 weeks of "use it or lose it" vacation and 1 week of sick every year, with an extra week at 2 years and an extra week on top of that at 5.
Bad and expensive heath insurance.
