Great benefits, they take care of their employees
The good: 401k matching, 100% health premiums, unlimited PTO within reason and with enough notice. The bad: I can't think of any!
Very rare for a tech company in Utah to pay 100% of your health care AND do a 4% 401k match, especially one this small and not mired in big company politics.
Kuali has a good 401k with matching, and fantastic health plan options, including a high-deductible HSA plan for which they pay the entire premium, and to which they contribute generously on behalf of the employee.
