401k matching after one year and not fully vested until 5 years was difficult. Health plan coverage was great and premiums reasonable.
You get a 401k and a good retirement plan. I don't really know about the other benefits. Health insurance is there also.
health insurance covered 80%. Company provided profit sharing plan. Good retirement plan.
Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year
Employee Benefits offered at Kubota include: Health & Wellness Program (Annual Health & Wellness Expo) Medical, Dental and Vision Basic Life, AD&D Insurance Long Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Voluntary Life Insurance 401k Kubota University Annual Company Events (Holiday Party, Company Picnic) Health & Wellness Program Fitness Center Education Reimbursement Employee Product Purchase Program
3 sick days per year absolutely sucks.
Health Benefit is good and working hours is 7 hours a day.
401k Plan, Medical and Dental
401(k) match doesn't start until after 1 year employment and is minimum required (50% of first 6% deposited). Pay is based on 35 hour work weeks, but required to work 40 hours (very confusing). 4 years before you get more than 2 weeks vacation. Not flexibility in work schedule or location. Office has set lunch time of 12 to 1. No diversity or family oriented programs (no paid maternity or paternity leave beyond normal sick/vacation time).
Kubota has great benefits and some money for college. Great company to work for.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
