They do 401K despite of being part time. Not only that you get to do a lot of things.
The Lead Instructor would sometimes buy us free meals, which was nice. That was it.

Sometimes, the owner would buy lunch. If he felt like it. But all you get is your low pay.
No benefits offered. Part time job. Flexible on hours and day however and good for part time student work.
There was no benefits for parttime employees. We just had an hourly pay. I think they could have done more to appreciate the workers.
