    Health insurance is way to high. Its like they cannot negotiate with the insurance reps. Largest company I have ever worked for and they had the worst benefits. Vacation time takes forever to accrue and it you do not use it you lose it. I had management tell me they did not get to take vacation so why should I be able too! 401k plan is also very bad with a very low match percentage.

    The company doesn't pay much towards benefits; therefore, it is a large chunk placed on the responsibility of the employee. They don't contribute much to your 401k. Vacation time is only average. Depending on the department, you may not receive many paid holidays.
