Very expensive for not the best coverage. Average Supplemental plans too.

High deductible, but they have wellness discounts.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Bloomer, Wisconsin

Insurance is fairly good however the deductible is high. Able to keep current doctor. Prescriptions are really cheap the insurance could be better with a lower deductible

StarStarStarStarStar Current Guest Service Team Member - Cashier in Kaukauna, Wisconsin

I believe that they offer full benefits and that is good for lower class employees lives.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant food service leader in New Berlin, Wisconsin

Incredible benefits, at an incredible price. You choose the package to add or remove things you'd like, like Cancer High, or Cancer Low, and they bill you per paycheck for the total cost, so it's around 70+ per paycheck that they take out, depending on the options you choose.

Health insurance is available, but deductibles are high. HSA is excellent way to set aside for out of pocket costs. Prescription costs are high until deductible is met.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Network Administrator in La Crosse, Wisconsin

It was affordable and had a lot of in-network doctors.

  • Nov 06, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Retail Service Technician in Duluth, Minnesota

Their insurance premium is priced ok. I paid around $550 per month for family coverage. It covers health, disability, life, and dental with optional add ons for increased life insurance, cancer insurance, and heart insurance. The deducible was high at $4,000 per person per year.

  • Sep 01, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant Food Service Leader in Appleton, Wisconsin

It was terrible. You pay way too much for basically no insurance.

  • Aug 06, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Apple Valley, Minnesota

It's kind of expensive they offer discounts now for completing health questionnaires and physician forms a being a non smoker or if you are a smoker completing a tobacco quiting program. It's a high deductible health plan.
