    They pay for employees regardless of their time status for them to enjoy time off with their families or friends.

    Best thing is that you can pool your hours. And if you don't use them all, they pay you at the end of the year for not having to pay you to go on vacation. Unsure of how much the amount is, but the company sure treats you like royalty.

    I originally started with 5 days for the first full-year.. But then I jumped up to about 15 which was a lot, and nice.

    You earn 1 week off after 1 year of employment. You can earn up to 3 weeks total after enough years of employment. After 20 years, in addition to your paid time off you get a 30 day paid sabbatical Depending on your job position you get some major paid holidays off. You get a few paid sick days and some paid funeral leave.

    Actually, the 'sabbatical leave' given for 20 years of work is four weeks off, fully paid. You must take the four weeks off consecutively. This leave is given in addition to the normal time off you have earned.

    After 20 years of consecutive employment to Kwik Trip you will be allowed a full two weeks off where you cannot even show up to work as a refresher.
