Company perks and vacation is lacking. Not progressive in their thinking or actions. HR is very vague and dishonest in most of their interactions.
Everything was incredibly expensive, they didn't offer employee and spouse coverage, and required you to get coverage for a whole family just to add your spouse on. Dental and vision were okay as far as I know, though I didn't use the dental coverage.

The cost of coverage is based on your annual salary however the rate for employee making 50K and 75K are the same. They are self insured. PTO isn't great until you reach 1 yr., then you get 18 days.
Have to use PTO for all medical issues - no flexible work schedule
Great benefits, Specially 401K Plan. Vacation time is good and 12 paid holidays per year
Pros: The company tries to take care of you the best they can with the budget they have, and all the bare essentials are covered. Cons: It's a very small budget to spend on non-business related functions.
Kyocera has a great benefit package for families, as well as a pension and matching 401k. The benefits themself is like additional compensation
