Decent medical benefits - probably better than a lot of companies. Vacation is good if you have been there a while but 1 - 5 year employees lose a significant percent of PTO to mandatory shut down. Have heard anecdotally from several people that maternity leave information and implementation is hit or miss depending on who your HR rep is.

Good choice of health plan and 401K contributions. But Bonus is less or almost none.

Company perks and vacation is lacking. Not progressive in their thinking or actions. HR is very vague and dishonest in most of their interactions.

Everything was incredibly expensive, they didn't offer employee and spouse coverage, and required you to get coverage for a whole family just to add your spouse on. Dental and vision were okay as far as I know, though I didn't use the dental coverage.

The cost of coverage is based on your annual salary however the rate for employee making 50K and 75K are the same. They are self insured. PTO isn't great until you reach 1 yr., then you get 18 days.

Have to use PTO for all medical issues - no flexible work schedule
