Company perks and vacation is lacking. Not progressive in their thinking or actions. HR is very vague and dishonest in most of their interactions.

The cost of coverage is based on your annual salary however the rate for employee making 50K and 75K are the same. They are self insured. PTO isn't great until you reach 1 yr., then you get 18 days.

Pros: The company tries to take care of you the best they can with the budget they have, and all the bare essentials are covered. Cons: It's a very small budget to spend on non-business related functions.
