Very pricy if you want to add any family members to your plan. Other than that, it's an OK plan. Go for the high deductible with an HSA account if you're young and single.
Since it is the largest independently owned Hispanic agency in the U.S., it doesn't belong to a larger group of employees, so at the end it is a very small company, resulting in very expensive health insurance, and benefits are very limited compared to other agencies belonging to multinational groups.
They give you options. if you are healthy enough, you can select High deductible health insurance and they pay or you can pay and have other option
