Benefits could be better, not great
Benefits were good at the time, we had switched to a new company and they had a good plan for you and your family. We got to choose what worked best financially. It was a smooth transition, when I really needed to use it that's when I found out that it was great.
Satisfied with the health insurance package and 401k.
You get a bare minimum of standard benefits. Ok Health Insurance with vision and dental, 401(k), and two weeks paid vacation (increased if you make it past 5 years). No bonuses.
I think they offer pretty good benefits. All the women who keep getting pregnant jack up the health care premiums higher than some I've paid for before, however the plan is very comprehensive, offers minimal coverage all the way to a "Cadillac" plan
Very expensive "benefits" package, which costs roughly about $300.00 a month out of pocket for employees with a family. In most cases, it will not even be full coverage of benefits.
Ok insurance, okay PTO, Okay perks, good cultural events
Best: 401k with a 50% match
No different than anywhere else I've worked
The amount of coverage we had compared to the cost was ridiculous
