401k, profit sharing after a certain amount of time with company (for non core staff), maternity/paternity leave
work life balance is good. colleagues are friendly. management are advisory. people working here are professional, resourceful and knowledgable. bonus and commission is not good for entry level. good place to build up skills.
Typical run of the mill benefits for health and dental. No 401k matching. Summer Friday are a plus, which start at 3PM to jump start the weekend for summer months depending on workload.
Overall strong benefits. Good, inexpensive healthcare insurance options; good, low cost investment options within the 401k. The employer contributions for the 401k is a bit wonky, but usually beats or is at least comparable to a standard 3% match. Disappointing that so few companies get anywhere close to the full employer contribution limit, I would prefer if the extra social budget were instead applied to the employer 401k contribution, but I guess millennials prefer instant gratification
Good overall employee benefits package
The best thing about there benefits package is there health insurance. They covered 80% and they also have a bonus package when they do well financially you do well.
Provides health care, dental, eyes, and 401K
They have a pretty solid benefits package
Really generous health insurance plans
Compensation day (if you work over 80 hours in one week); great PPO healthcare; but, no 401k match
