No paid time off with that job until you get to be a full time employee
Great products at a 30% discount
Reduced to 20% due to poor company financial performance. I can get better clothing and equipment at a steeper discount at Patagonia, Eddie Bauer, REI, Backcountry, Amazon -- anywhere!
The percent discounts are alright, but the really big perk is the employee store in Freeport, where items that can't go onto shelves either after being returned or after being manufactured. These are sold to employees for pennies on the dollar and are typically still in great condition.
Great benefit! 1/3 off almost everything, 20% off non LLBean brands. Employee store is a great way to score some awesome deals.
I started buying a lot more LL Bean products! The deals were too good to pass up, and I also bought a kayak
The discount is very nice; however, the products are so expensive that a warehouse worker still cannot afford them even with the benefit.
Super low discount. It is basically matched by coupons brought in by customers. Doesn't really show much appreciation for the employees and it's hard to afford their products without a good discount on the pay given.
The employee discount and special employee store
Constantly being reduced. No longer better than customers emailed offers. Doesn't cover all products.
