Too much money for non-existent coverage. Deductible is too high.
Aetna low/high-deductible plans are prohibitively expensive.
Only available for full time employees. Retail hiring focus on part time eliminate this option.
LLB people have analyzed it and have said that they offer the best private healthcare. When asked who it is compare to and their prices, they refuse to answer. The health ins that is offered is outside of what most people can afford to pay.
While the medical plan was solid, I ran into many more that were as comprehensive but didn't cost the employee as much.
The best thing is that a good plan is offered, but meeting the company's full time status criteria takes time, (understandably).
Not very affordable but they give you some money in your Health Savings Account. Limited network of providers.
It is a great package
