COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS.
Careful planning isn’t reserved for our clients alone. We help our employees plan for the future by offering 401(k) with matching. And so you can take care of yourself, as well as your loved ones, we also cover a portion of premiums for spouse/partner/dependent medical and dental programs that kick in on day one of employment. Now, how’s that for a great start?
We’re really close to the Purple Line and have a transit expense program to reimburse dollars pre-tax for public transportation and parking expenses—which equals more weekend cash for you! There is even bike parking out front for those who like to bike to work and brag about their Tour de France ways.
We provide healthy snack food to help you get through the mid-day slump and catered lunch each month to give you an opportunity to get to know your co-workers beyond their titles alone.
While we’re serious about our work at L2TMedia, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Come to work wearing your definition of comfortable—yep, even jeans, sweatshirts and flip-flops and shorts come summertime. The only thing missing is the grill.
Good PTO with 4 floating summer fridays
Subpar benefits. horrible vision reimbursement
Offers great benefits and perks!
Snacks can't help make up for my 35,000 salary...
The medical and dental benefits are comparable in cost and coverage to most smaller companies. What I LOVE is that in addition to the standard 15 days of PTO, we get 4 Summer Fridays that don't come from the PTO bank so you essentially get 19 days off (in addition to the 13 paid holidays in 2017).
The vacation package is pretty generous, 15 days of PTO to start, and it bumps up to 20 days after you've been with the company 2 years. We also have several additional Fridays in the summer which is cool.
Compensation is not competitive in comparison to similar responsibilities at nearby agencies.
The 401K plan doesn't begin until after 1 full year of employment
PTO could be more competitive with other digital agencies, but there is a decent time off for holidays.
