I was able to negotiate my previous thee weeks of vacation and then they allow employees to purchase an additional week. When I first started there was unlimited sick time, then this year it was reduced to only 5 days per year.
3 weeks (120 hrs) starting PTO as entry-level engineer. +1 week at 5 and 10 yrs with the company. Paid holidays for most major ones (mostly in the second half of the year) with a generous Christmas break starting a few days before Christmas and going through Jan 2/3

3 PTO to start. For everyone, even if coming from more. Week paid holidays at Christmas.
Is really good, after a year you have 3 weeks , the bad is that noine can cover your vacations, is almost impossible to take it.
