Best thing is the amount of PTO. Around 4 weeks with an additional week of sick leave. Downside is that you cannot roll it over.
Exempt employees no longer earn PTO. You can take time off if approved by Manager so some get to take it whenever they want while others don’t get to because of deadlines.
There are a few options to choose from for certain benefits. 401k matching is great.
