You have to exceed your payable hourly wages in commission in order to make more. As sales counselor, it's minimum wage hourly to bust your ass OR the commission. not both.

Almost impossible to reach cause it's extremely difficult to get sales in general. Since you have to do all marketing and advertising just to get people through the door!

A tenure bonus is given after being at LA Fitness for some time that increases with seniority to a certain point if a certain amount of clients are trained in a pay period.
