Medical benefits are average. There is no 401K matching.
They offer a benefits package. It's not great. You pay quite a bit into the premium, and the coinsurance kills you. There is also a deductible. There are many plans to choose from: I chose a moderate premium plan, and it still wound up being quite expensive in the long run.
The coverage has been absolutely excellent.
