I had minimal coverage which costed $120/mo, but would've been an additional $500 to add my wife. Ouch!
401k allows after tax contributions. If you are a super saver this works. Otherwise benefits package is below average
401 k is a joke, health is okay just for a single person, not for family, 2 weeks vac and 1 week sick a year and a couple of holiday pay , its ok, employee discount is good, they don't reimburse for using you phone for work, they were hacked and a lot of us had our identity stolen they didn't reimburse 1 penny of the expense we had to go through to fix this.
The Health Insurance is expensive if you try to cover your spouse or dependents; they pass 100% of the cost to you.
They do have one but it's basic.
