LCEC tries to offer competitive benefits. They pay a good share of family coverage for medical and dental. Having a 401k and a CashBalance Pension plan is great.
It is reasonably priced and widely accepted around the state.
There health insurance is not good it is a has plan you have to pay a high deductible on the plan 10000 for family and 5000 for single person. They have a 401k and pension but the company makes more on there retirement plan then the union does. this company is all about money and not the employee.
