401k is offered to anyone over 18yrs and who has worked there for 6+months, regardless of full time or part time status. They offer multiple insurance plans with either Aetna or Kaiser. They have college tuition assistance. All merchandise and food in park is 30% except for the 2x a year 50% sale day. 30-60 free tickets to the park (with blackout dates) depending on length of employment. Free access to First-aid and medications (18yr+ or they will contact a guardian). While holiday pay is only for full time employees, all employees get a free meal on holidays.
