Paid very well, got offer much higher than I expected and a big jump from my last job, generous time off, health care paid by the company, and loads of other perks. They really treat the staff well.
The benefits at LEWIS are among the best in the industry. Significantly more paid time off than other agencies, especially for junior and mid-level employees, lots of flexibility, full health coverage paid by the agency, outstanding work-life balance and higher than average salaries. Plenty of soft perks as well like office snacks, team outings and day to day fun. LEWIS really takes care of its employees and is a great place to work.
benefits including health, vision and dental are good.
Good health benefits, very generous PTO (20 days/yr), partial transportation reimbursement.
The best thing is about LEWIS is the extremely generous paid time off they provide. At least 20 days off during your first year - good luck finding that at another agency.
Overall very good benefits, health, dental vision etc. standard commuter benefits, not dog-friendly, no catered lunch or gym memberships
Benefits only cover the employee. Family benefits are not offered, unless you were part of the team that came from the acquisition of DMG. Some perks, like the phone stipend every two years, are nice... but they're mostly geared toward young, single people.
Loved the European vacation policy
