The company offers 401K, Medical, Vision, Dental. Added perks are the pre-tax commuting benefits thru Wageworks as well as the ability to contribute to an FSA account. There’s also Plum Benefits and Working Advantage (which is good if you like watching shows). The worst thing is that there are only two tiers to choose the health benefits from so it’s really limiting. Otherwise, I enjoy all the benefits that company has to offer.

The 401K plan is really good. They match 5%, which is a nice perk. Their health benefits are also better than some of the past companies I have worked at.
there is no point to buying stock option when the stock is sliding down a slippery slope
Best thing is the free dental plan, or maybe the 5% 401K matching. Overtime pay for Assistant Designers (on top of salary pay) is also great.
